Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand, via Dragon Courier (UPS), DPD, FedEx, or Thailand Post, depending on the destination country. Every plant order is carefully prepared using temperature-controlled cold-chain packaging. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
A Phytosanitary Certificate is provided free of charge for shipments to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European countries, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.
Estimated transit time is approximately 5–10 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping rates are starting estimates and may vary depending on the size and quantity of plants ordered, the destination, and the selected courier service.
Destination-Specific Requirements
United States: Orders containing more than 12 plants require an import permit. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska starts at USD 85.
Singapore: Alocasia plants cannot be imported into Singapore.
United Arab Emirates: Any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
For the other destinations listed above, shipping charges include applicable import duties and customs fees, subject to the terms and conditions stated on our website.
Customers requesting delivery to a country not listed above must contact us to confirm shipping availability and requirements before placing an order.
